Refund policy
Balloons Gold Coast will take all the precautions to ensure your order is delivered in good condition. Balloons Gold Coast will not be liable for any loss or damage once it has been delivered or picked up.
Refunds are possible in the following cases:
- If a balloon is damaged during Balloons Gold Coast transportation and a replacement can not be given until the delivery time
- Balloons Gold Coast does not deliver your order on the scheduled day
- Wrong order has been received and a replacement can not be made on the scheduled day
We do not offer refunds for change of mind cancellations.
