We love a challenge—and our recent setup for Worldpay at the iconic Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort on the Gold Coast delivered one in the best way possible.

Originally, the plan was to create a stunning balloon archway for Worldpay's company event in the resort's beautiful outdoor poolside area. Picture it: tropical vibes, sparkling lagoons, the famous beachfront just steps away, and our oversized arch framing the perfect Instagram-worthy entrance under the Queensland sun.

But as any event pro knows, weather has the final say. A last-minute forecast shift meant the entire gathering moved indoors to one of the resort's elegant function spaces. No problem—we thrive on adaptability!

The result? A breathtaking, brand-centric masterpiece that stole the show. The balloon arch (square shape) featured Worldpay's signature bold red logo. We used premium balloons in their brand colors— 2 different shades of blue—creating a striking, professional focal point that welcomed attendees and reinforced the brand from the moment they walked in.
